I am extensively trained in strict compliance standards known as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This means I view the data you submit before your session and share with me during your session as protected health information. I am held accountable to keeping this information private.

• The information you voluntarily provide in the intake form is intended for my use to serve you.

  • I will not share or sell this information.

    • I am legally obligated to report anyone who is deemed a harm to themselves or others.

      • In this rare instance, I will have to report my concerns to local authorities.

• Due to increasing concerns of corporations involvement in mass surveillance practices, I use Proton Mail to communicate with my clients.

• Unless you request not to, I will contact you via e-mail after a session, to provide follow-up and ask you to leave a review if you feel inclined to do so.

• You may email me anytime (sacrewolf@proton.me) to find out what information I have collected and to request I delete it.

• Your payment information is handled via Stripe, an encrypted payment processor.

  • To improve safety of your financial data:

    • Ensure you are inputting information on a private device

    • Navigate to the address bar and check that the web address starts with “https” to confirm the site is secure
