Medium Sittings
Mediums can communicate with Spirit trough the root chakra. In these sessions, usually deceased relatives come through, and sometimes Spirit guides and past selves. We are not able to choose who shows up.

Combined with traditional medical treatments, Reiki improves health outcomes.
Reiki influences the best possible outcome for every life circumstance.
There are no contraindications to Reiki.

A Reiki Master is a practitioner who has received the highest level of Reiki training. These Reiki practitioners are able to perform Reiki sessions and teach Reiki to students.

It depends on the practitioner. I have paid a range from $90 per session to $330 per session. I personally feel like the Reiki practitioners charging more based on their experience give better sessions. This can create barriers to access. To help address this barrier, I offer full price, sliding scale, and trade payment options.

Yes. Reiki practitioners learn about symbols to strengthen their practice. One of these is for distance Reiki. The healing channeled by the practitioner during Reiki is able to travel through space and time to your body, despite being in a different location. It’s like the SiriusXM app, which connects you to your favorite radio stations on the go. If you are tuned to Calla’s Reiki radio station while she is broadcasting, you will receive her healing frequencies. Plus you never have to leave your bed!

Some Reiki practitioners are psychic and are able to feel or see an overall picture inside your body, mind, and Spirit. I myself am incredibly intuitive. I am able to sense information that is relevant to my clients’ needs. There are times I can feel my client is experiencing something, but I am blocked from receiving specific information. This is your Spirit establishing boundaries with me. I respect these boundaries. I am able to help you with or without specific information about the circumstance. Your privacy and discretion matter to me.

A Reiki practitioner can pick up physical illness from a client like the flu, a cold, etc. If you have an in person Reiki appointment and are not feeling well, take care of yourself, and your healer, by rescheduling.
The reiki practice itself benefits both the healer and the client. However, some Reiki practitioners are more sensitive to psychic energy than others, and can find themselves holding onto energy from clients. This is no fault to the client. It is important to for Reiki practitioners to cleanse themselves after each client.

I am sorry to hear that your past experience with Reiki was difficult. Reiki is not able to cause harm. Our bodies are built to survive. Sometimes, this means burying trauma away from our awareness. It is possible that the Reiki session caused changes which brought the unprocessed trauma up to the surface. Another possibility is that innate psychic abilities you were unaware of became stronger after your session and you were responding to an increase in unfamiliar input. If you are still curious to receive Reiki, work with a trauma informed healer, like Calla.

Mediums are folks who are able to communicate with the souls of people who are deceased. Mediumship is the practice of being a medium. A person who sits for a medium session is called the sitter. In the United States a session with a medium is called a reading. Outside of the US, particularly in the UK, a session with a medium is called a sitting.

No. The medium does not need to touch your hand or any other part of your body to give you a reading. However, some mediums may work by gathering information from an item. It is acceptable practice for a medium to request you bring an item of the deceased relative you wish to contact.

Not all mediums are inherently evil. The ones I have encountered operate with remarkable integrity. I think its important for the sitter to feel safe during the entire sitting. The basis of this question originates from patriarchal religion. These organizations seek to control the dissemination of information. They want to control all of us. Of course they label a group of people, mostly women, who will not follow their ideas of capitalist god, as evil.
