Scheduling Policies

Cancellations

  • I offer full refunds for cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Refunds for emergency cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis.

Late Arrivals

  • I offer a ten minute grace period for late arrivals.

    • After ten minutes it is considered a no show, and I will not issue a refund.

Reschedule

  • Up to 24 hours before your appointment reschedule via acuity scheduling.

  • In case of emergency, contact me to reschedule:

  • I always arrive to my sessions at my best. It is my honor to give you a life changing experience. Please understand there may be days I ask to reschedule so that I can show up in the way you deserve.
