Burnout

Chronic pain
Pain has its purpose in signaling to the body that tissues are inflamed and in need of repair. Sometimes, after the initial cause of pain has resolved, the pain remains. Physical therapy and medications are important aspects of managing chronic pain. Pain has a spiritual component that is often dismissed in traditional treatment plans. The reality is that western medicine is ableist. This leaves those experiencing chronic pain feeling frustrated. Reiki can ease your chronic pain. It will also leave you empowered to shape the world around the needs of your body.
Grief
Grief is the complicated emotional response that occurs when outcomes are inconsistent with desires. You may be working through a life changing medical diagnosis. Your loved one or pet may have passed away. A relationship you thought would last forever may have ended prematurely. No matter the situation, grief is important to witness. Reiki will hold you gently as you overcome this beautiful burden.
Creativity
One of the most helpful things a therapist did for me was encourage me to use my hands to create, rather than destroy. I play keyboard, write, and produce my own songs. I know you are capable of beautiful work, whether it’s drawing, painting, music, woodworking or something else. What is stopping you from sharing your beautiful craft with the world? Reiki will give you the boost to cast your doubt aside and get creating.
Gender Liberation
The gender binary is a way to be targeted by marketing campaigns that attempt to sell the “right” way to be a man or woman. This offering is for all folks ready to celebrate their autonomy in gender expression and identity, no matter where you are in the process. I affectionately call it the Mama Makeover. We will work out the aspects assigned to the body, mind, and Spirit by society. With my guidance you will let go of guilt, shame, and other limiting beliefs. Think of me as the parent over your shoulder as you look into the mirror. Gaze upon yourself liberated from fake rules meant to keep you feeling small and spending money on products. All cis and gender non-conforming folks are invited to experience the shift this offering provides.
Sexual Autonomy
How are you feeling after play? Emotionally, mentally, physically you may feel spent. Is your soul feeling full? So long as it’s consensual, there is almost no wrong way to engage in pleasure.
